Use SVN with Flash Builder on a Mac

Flash Builder 4.6 doesn't come with a pre-installed SVN client. To install such tool, follow the steps bellow. We do not use the latest subclipse version (1.8) because it is not compatible with the latest JavaHL software available for Mac.

In Flash Builder:

1. Help > Install new softare 
2. http://subclipse.tigris.org/update_1.6.x 
3. Select all the plug-ins except: 
   - collabnet merge client 
   - integration for mylyn 
   - revision graph 
4. Accept agreements and install 

The interaction between Flash Builder and the SVN server requires an external tool (http://subclipse.tigris.org/wiki/JavaHL):

1. http://www.collab.net/downloads/subversion#tab-4
   Or http://www.collab.net/ > Downloads > Subversion > Community Binaries
2. add the following to the end of ~/.profile:
   export PATH=/opt/subversion/bin:$PATH
3. To unninstall this run:
   sudo rm -fR /opt/subversion
   pkgutil --forget net.collab.subversion

To access to a local repository inside Flash Builder use a URL like:
